Who are we?

We are Video Gamers, Geeks, Tabletop Gamers, Cardgame Players and Pop-Culture Fanatics who just want to have a fun time and bring the community together.

What is our goal? 

We aim to unite all Geek, Pop culture, and Fandom enthusiasts by creating a centralized one-stop website hub. We have a directory for easy access to local Merchants who create and stock pop-culture merchandise. This includes Jewellery, Tabletop games, Posters, Custom Prints, 3D prints, etc. We also have an easily accessible convention and festival calendar featuring regional events near you. At Mythical Mecca, we also showcase local talented artists and designers so give them and their art a look in the Artist Exhibit. Looking to simply browse some products?   • What is Mythical Mecca?
    Mythical Mecca is a team of passionate geek fanatics who have made a one stop geek hub. The Mythical Webiste Hub is the Ultimate One -Stop Hub where any enthusiast can hop on, search for a product, find a merchant, find an artist, keep track of upcoming events, and read our blogs on anything geeky. We are happy to collaborate with anyone in the Geek, Gaming, Anime, Fandom, and Cosplay community feel free to contact us by any means neccesary! We look forward to working with you and helping you!
  • Where is Mythical Mecca located?
    At the moment, we are not operating as a physical store-like entity, however we do attend events around Gauteng and are trying our best to make our presence known in other parts of the country. You can find and contact us virtually though on our website, though email, through instagram as well as facebook.
  • What was the inspiration behind Mythical Mecca?
    Whenever we attend any convention or expo, we collect a stack of business cards to try find and contact vendors and artists outside of the convention to make custom orders or visit the shop - at least this is the dream. The reality is that a week after the convention, the cards have either been misplaced or lost and you cannot remeber the artist or vendors name, location or contact information. Mythical Mecca directly fixes this by bringing the community together as a Mecca on our website
